Galliford Try’s Asset Security business has made two new promotions to senior positions, reflecting the business’s commitment to growing and developing its own talent, and to maximising the opportunities from the acquisition of the nmcn water business last year.

Ben McNally has been appointed Operations Director, tasked with focusing on digital transformation, while ensuring renewed excellence in operational and commercial performance. Ben originally joined nmcn as Project Engineer in 2016, and, following a series of promotions, was most recently Head of Operations.

Nathaniel Taylor has been promoted to the role of Strategic Development Director from Head of Business Development. Nathaniel will take responsibility for growing the business’s market share in line with Asset Security’s strategic objectives, as well as pre-contract activities. Nathaniel joined nmcn in March 2020, having previously been Head of Bids at Kier.

Commenting on the promotions, Uzair Osman, Managing Director of Asset Security, said: “This is a really exciting time for our business as we look to take advantage of some of the unrivalled opportunities we now have as part of the Galliford Try group. Both Ben and Nathaniel have the right skillsets and experience to help us drive the business forward, and I congratulate both of them on achieving these new roles.”
